Driven to Win
Michael Milesi is a Southern California-based racing driver and content creator currently gearing up for the 2026 GRIDLIFE Rush SR National Championship, one of the most unique racing series in the country. Gridlife combines elite competition with a music festival and national broadcast coverage.
Michael's passion for motorsport started early, watching Formula 1, IndyCar, and Le Mans from a young age. He got his first shot at competition in 2013 in the Jim Hall Sodi Kart Series, where he went on to win back-to-back championships. Hungry to climb the ranks, Michael self-funded his career advancement with after-school jobs, winning the Jim Hall Sprint Kart Championship in the KPV class, then the regional F100 Karting Championship the following year. In 2018, he was recognized as one of the top ten finalists in the Champion Auto Parts Search for a Champion contest, earning his first car racing opportunity in the Southern California National Auto Sport Spec Miata class.
Off the track, Michael is the creator, producer, and host of Hot Laps, a show that drops public figures behind the wheel for their first real taste of motorsport.
When it comes to building brand partnerships, Michael works alongside a former Commercial Director of the Benetton and Lola Formula 1 teams to develop bespoke marketing strategies for his partners, bringing genuine Formula 1-level commercial expertise to every sponsorship conversation. His background in finance gives him a sharp lens on ROI and business outcomes that most racing drivers simply don't bring to the table.
Michael's mission is simple: compete at the highest level he can reach, tell great stories along the way, and build partnerships that actually move the needle for the brands he works with. Off the track, he's a financial professional. He brings a business-first mindset to every sponsorship conversation, understanding ROI, brand objectives, and long-term value in a way that most racing drivers simply don't.
